VITIROVER SAS (hereinafter referred to as VITIROVER) undertakes, within the framework of its activities and in accordance with the legislation in force in France and Europe, to ensure the protection, confidentiality and security of the personal data of the users of its services and to respect their privacy.
Definitions
Customer: any natural or legal person who has signed a business contract with VITIROVER and who benefits from VITIROVER’s products and services.
User: any natural person who visits the VITIROVER site and/or fills in contact forms and/or uses the site’s functions.

VITIROVER collects information:

In addition, VITIROVER automatically receives and records information from the customer’s/user’s computer and browser, including IP address, software and hardware, and the page requested.

VITIROVER only processes personal data for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes. VITIROVER does not process such data in a manner incompatible with the purposes set out below.

The data collected may be processed outside the EU. In this case, VITIROVER takes the necessary steps with its subcontractors and partners to guarantee an adequate level of protection for your data, in full compliance with the applicable regulations.
If the sub-contractors and partners concerned are not members of the Privacy Shield agreement for the transfer of personal data to the United States of America, or are not located in a country whose legislation is considered to offer adequate protection, they will have signed the European Commission’s ‘standard contractual clauses’ or will be subject to binding internal rules approved by the authorities.

The customer/user has the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning him/her.

Any request to exercise rights must be accompanied by a photocopy of two proofs of identity (national identity card issued by the French government, passport, resident’s card issued by the French government or travel document issued by the French government).
A reply will be sent to the user/customer within one (1) month of receipt of the request.
If at any time the customer/user wishes to unsubscribe and no longer receive information by e-mail or an e-mail campaign, detailed unsubscribe instructions are included at the bottom of each information e-mail sent by VITIROVER.
The customer’s/user’s personal data will not be sold, exchanged, transferred or given to another company for any reason whatsoever, without the customer’s/user’s consent, unless this is necessary to respond to a request.
6. Protection of information
VITIROVER implements a variety of security measures to safeguard the security of its personal information, including when certain operations are carried out by subcontractors.
Only employees who need to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) have access to personally identifiable information.
The computers and servers used to store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
