If the sub-contractors and partners concerned are not members of the Privacy Shield agreement for the transfer of personal data to the United States of America, or are not located in a country whose legislation is considered to offer adequate protection, they will have signed the European Commission’s ‘standard contractual clauses’ or will be subject to binding internal rules approved by the authorities.

Any request to exercise rights must be accompanied by a photocopy of two proofs of identity (national identity card issued by the French government, passport, resident’s card issued by the French government or travel document issued by the French government).
A reply will be sent to the user/customer within one (1) month of receipt of the request.
If at any time the customer/user wishes to unsubscribe and no longer receive information by e-mail or an e-mail campaign, detailed unsubscribe instructions are included at the bottom of each information e-mail sent by VITIROVER.
The customer’s/user’s personal data will not be sold, exchanged, transferred or given to another company for any reason whatsoever, without the customer’s/user’s consent, unless this is necessary to respond to a request.
